About a year ago I used a supplement by AST Sport Science called Anabolic Rush . And from what I can remember from this product is the explosive energy it gave me. It came in a powder form which from what I believe only needed 1 scoop before every workout. It came in a Blue Raspberry flavor I liked, which is impressive because I’m a very picky person when it comes to taste. AST Sport Science is a credible brand so I knew I was getting the absolute best for the money I was spending.  I don’t remember it being that expensive at the time I used it, and from looking on the Supplement Central website it looks like the price has gone down.
