So its been two weeks that I’ve been on GAT Stenandiol and you wouldn’t believe the gains that I have made. My bench press has gone up 20 lbs and my front squat has gone up 50 lbs. Even going into taking this I would have never thought that I would get results as fast as I have. As for my body, it has changed very significantly. My arms and chest have had the most noticable change in that they are both much leaner and bigger along with more defined veins in my arms. I look forward to the remaining two weeks that I will on this product. Keep yall posted!

It’s my first week taking the German American Technologies Stenandiol and already I can feel a slight change in my lifts. My muscle growth seems to have stayed the same but I can definately feel my strength increasing. I take 1 capsule in the morning from bottle number 1 on an empty stomach and a couple glasses of water. Then I take a capsule from bottle number 2 an hour before I work out on an empty stomach. To end out the day I take a capsule from bottle number 3 on a light stomach before I go to bed. Its not too hard of a routine to get into and I should have no problem with sticking to it. I’m expecting some big changes next week and will be ready to post about it.

So I finally sacked up and bought a supplement that I believe will help me get the gains i’ve been looking for. German American Technologies Stenandiol was recommended to me by a friend who got incredibly big from taking it. I a tad bit skeptical about using this product because I haven’t ever used anything like this that claims to be so powerful. Oh well I have nothing to lose and I am going to give it a shot. I plan on giving a week to week summary on how the product has affected me. I will be starting the Stenandiol on Monday, wish me luck!
